Shipping & Returns

We send orders Monday to Thursday from our warehouse in Cheltenham (VIC), within two business days of being received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive and please let us know if it hasn't arrived after 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.

We only ship within Australia and we send all parcels using Australia Post Express Post due to it's speed & reliability. Please contact us directly for international wholesale enquiries so we can work together with you in regards to pricing & shipping.
